lol I imagined that Leon had something to do with that "supreme power" I'm looking forward to seeing the outcome

I'm really annoyed Leon didn't do something about the heartscales from all the dragon kings he killed earlier. Like dude knows the empire is collecting them. He knows how dangerous they can be and yet he left them for the empire to take. If he wasn't gonna use them then should have at least destroyed them
