Ahwin's eyes darted nervously, unable to form a coherent excuse. He couldn't bring himself to admit that he had fallen asleep during the meeting.

The treasurer openly ignored the situation, clearly unwilling to defend Ahwin.

This only fueled the administrator's fury.

"Did you really just sit there and do nothing?! Speak up, will you?!"

The judicial officer, pale as a sheet, tried to intervene.

"Do you have any idea who this man is?! No matter how angry you are, you should watch your words! This is the Tower Master standing before you!"
