Penelope wandered through Ahwin's laboratory with him, taking in every corner with wide-eyed curiosity.
No matter how much they walked, there was always something new to see.
The Mage Tower felt like a gigantic museum or an amusement park. Its sheer size made it easy to get lost if you weren’t careful.
Eventually, Penelope couldn’t take it anymore and collapsed onto a sofa in exhaustion. And she hadn’t even seen half of it yet.
Ahwin approached her as she sprawled on the couch, her energy drained.
"Should we call it a day?" he asked.
