Leon is either a demi-god, someone related to Zeus or Zeus reincartnation in flesh body to move freely on the land and try to stop the void personaly. Since clouds listen to his call and to his emotions it might be related. Other option is "he is the lighting part of the crown", just like Xia is the spear...he is the lighting spirit itself taking human form.
What if the fool is Aurora ? She kept saying that Xia is constantly staying at her. Also it was Aurora who toyed with time, first with sending Leon back in time with reversal magic...and second time sending Noahs conciousness back. Aurora might have defied the web of time....but Leon might jump in and take the seat in place of his child and become the "fool" for doing this.
So after this contest, humans will join the banned list thanks to Leon.
